I wrote an analysis of propaganda about how Donald Trump used social media to diminish the public’s trust in democratic institutions after his loss in the 2020 presidential election. I connect the social media statement to the Jan 6,2021 rally. I chose this because it highlights my interest in awareness of how social media influences real-life events. I am proud of this as it shows my ability to link abstract theories to real-life events.
