I chose a policy brief for PCL Construction because it shows analytical and problem-solving skills, which are important in the job market. I was about to identify a problem that needed fixing and came up with a solution. I could communicate my ideas effectively. I am proud of this policy brief because it addresses broader sociological issue of childcare in a way that benefits the employer and its economy.
